Pantera as a band hadn’t played a song in 20 years. That all changed at Mexico’s Hell & Heaven Metal Fest when a new version of Pantera took the stage with Phil Anselmo, Rex Brown and Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne), and Charlie Benante (Anthrax) filling in for the late Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul.
