Update On Former W.A.S.P. Guitarist, Chris Holmes’ Cancer Treatment

Chris Holmes’ wife, Cathy Sarah Holmes has posted the following update on Chris’ treatment:

Chris had his last radiation, Thursday 21st April, and the day after they installed the feeding nasal tube. Since his last chemo, which made him so sick it was so hard for him to eat and lost too much weight then the feeding tube was the best solution.

The hardest part is behind him and now he has to be (and he is) strong and ready for the next 2/3 weeks to heal his throat and take forces for what he is all his life : playing music and be with his fans.

The 18th July he will have his pet scan, which will tell us the result of the treatment. I can never say thank you enough, to all of you for all your support and your kind words since he was diagnosed.

There are no words to tell you how much it has touched us deeply in our hearts.You all surrounded him with a light full of LOVE who became our treasure.It helped him and help me to keep our chin up in a difficult time.
