Former Lynch Mob vocalist Oni Logan has just released a new 4-song EP called “The Cosmic Trust Sessions”. Additionally, he has teamed with Sean McNabb on bass, Hawk Lopez on drums, and Jimmy Bunkard on guitar to perform as Oni Logan & The Wicked Mob.

About Oni Logan:
Now tenured among rock vocalists, Oni Logan first rose to stardom as the original singer of Lynch Mob. He sang on hits such as “Sweet Sister Mercy”, “River of Love,” “She’s Evil But She’s Mine, ” “For a Million Years” and “Wicked Sensation,” the title track of the band’s 1990 Gold album, and for some 30 years, sang with the band during tours with bands such as Cinderella, Ozzy Osbourne, Queensryche and even an up-and-coming band at the time, Alice In Chains.
His earlier stint with Ferrari, a band formed by Keel guitarist, Marc Ferrari, led to an association with the late metal icon Ronnie James Dio who would produce Logan’s 1989 demo of original material and, in the process, bring out what he still considers the best in his artistry. It is no coincidence that Logan has honored Dio’s legacy by taking on the reins as one of the featured vocalists with Dio Disciples, comprising members of Dio’s original touring band, and injecting that tangible blues tenor into Dio classics like “Holy Diver”, “Rainbow in the Dark”, “Last In Line” and
“Children of the Sea.” He sang Dio’s song “l” backed by Rowan Robertson on guitar, Brian Tichy on drums and the late Jimmy Bain on bass on the acclaimed 2014 “THIS IS YOUR LIFE—A Tribute to Ronnie James Dio album that benefits the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund.
He was also one of the two featured vocalists on the RETURN OF DIO Hologram tours in 2018 and 2019.
The Argentinian-born, Florida-raised and Los Angeles-based Logan also continues to compose his own material. He collaborated with Rowan Robertson on the VIOLETS DEMISE album, and he released his solo album, STRANGER IN A FOREIGN LAND, in 2005. His newest recording, the EP called COSMIC TRUST SESSIONS, will be available in summer, 2023. In 2013, he began rotating stints as part of the highly successful Las Vegas show RAIDING THE ROCK VAULT, working with
musical director Michael T. Ross and musicians such as guitarists Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, DIO), Rowan Robertson (DIO) and Z Maddox (Rock of Ages), drummers Blas Elias (Slaughter, Trans-Siberian Orchestra) and Lez Warner (The Cult) and vocalists Todd Kerns (Slash featuring Myles Kennedy), Keith St. John (Montrose, Kingdom Come), Georgia Napolitano (Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Megan Rüger (NBC-TV’s “The Voice”) and Dan Grennes (Billie Joe Armstrong, Melissa Etheridge). Logan has been performing with the show during its run at The Rio Hotel in 2022 and
2023.
