Update on Michael Bloodgood ‘s condition: Michael is currently on a ventilator but swelling caused by the brain bleed has stabilized. He’s been undergoing “spontaneous breathing trials” and has been able to sustain his breathing for many hours per day – a wonderful sign! The medical team have been conducting neurological tests on the hour with constant care.We’re working on setting up a GoFundMe to help with the forthcoming expenses of Michael’s extensive recovery period. Previously the band announced the following when his stroke first occurred:
Dear Friends, Michael Bloodgood has suffered a hemorrhagic stroke and has been airlifted to the hospital. Although he’s currently stable, he had a severe brain bleed so the next several days are critical. Please keep our brother in your prayers! At this time, we humbly ask that you please respect the privacy of his family.
