David Coverdale has announced that after a 50-year-plus run of performing in bands like Whitesnake, Deep Purple, and Page/Plant, he is now retiring. The legendary vocalist has been quite prolific over the years with releasing material and touring, but states that is evident to him that it;s time to stop and enjoy his retirement.
