Ah, Samantha Fox, every guy’s (and some girls, too) fantasy woman from the 80s. She adorned the walls of many guys’ rooms with classic pinups and posters and then became a successful pop singer. Now, Sam has a brand new single and video coming out, and you can see the video for it below:
Johan Agebjörn shares how the track came together: “How did this track happen? Kristian Söderström, the director of the movie, asked me to make some songs with ‘80s stars. He suggested that Samantha Fox sing ‘Hot Boy,’ and I thought, ‘That would never happen.’ But I didn’t want to tell him, ‘There’s no use asking her,’ so I sent an email via her official website. A few days later, I heard from Sam’s manager that they liked the track and that she wanted to sing on it. That felt quite surreal! Later, we recorded a music video in Gothenburg.”
