The original drummer for the goth rock band Siouxsie And The Banshees, Kenny Morris, has died. Morris was 68. Morris was the drummer for the first two albums by the band, “The Scream” and “Join Hands”.
While Siouxsie and the Banshees are often cited as a goth rock band, they were very much a punk band in the early stages of the band as well, and Kenny Morris drum sound played a big part in that movement and stage of the band.
Morris was known for his tribal drum sounds.
