RATT‘S STEPHEN PEARCY to release his anticipated sixth solo record (yet untitled) summer of 2023, following “Legacy”. Pearcy and Erik Ferentinos (longtime lead guitarist in the touring group, co-writer, and co-producer) have collaborated on over two dozen songs for the solo album to date. The record was delayed for whatever fears were out covid time, and even that didn’t prevent the trouble twins from releasing The “Covid Tapez” EP song by song. The lead track and video “All that I Want”, was a fan favorite.
Recorded with Matt Thorne, owner of MT Studios, Matt is also a producer, bassist, engineer and co-producer on most of PEARCY’S albums for years. Thorne, an alumnus of RATT played bass in the early 1980s and spent time touring with the Ratt Bastards. Plans are to release the “LEGACY” album first, due March 2023 followed by solo record #6, both on Golden Robot Records via Top Fuel Records. There’s talk about releasing a vinyl box set of ALL six solo albums, TBA. Stay tuned up!
