Punk-N-Rollers BAABES To Release Debut Album

BAABES release new self-titled album on 22nd April, out on Riot Records.

Boston’s own garage punk-n-rollers BAABES set the music world alight in 2021 with the release of two dirty, sleazy, garage punk rock singles, ‘Greaseballs to Glitters’ and ‘Bad Boy Worse Drugs’ followed by ‘Too Cool For Pants‘ in 2022 via Riot Records. Now the BAABES are readying themselves for the release of their self-titled album.

BAABES new self-titled album is a heavy, distorted, loud and fun record that brings to mind the early proto-punk and garage rock sounds of the 70’s without being derivative or old. BAABES brings new energy with an in-your-face, burn-the-house-down feel that’s just a good time. It’s the raucous, ratchet dance party we all need right now! BAABES formed in Boston at the tail end of 2017 and have been going hard since. They first made a name for themselves off of their turbulent live shows, and then after their self-release in 2019 – a lo-fi, 4 track-recorded EP “ratchet ass dance party” – a gem for the real garage heads. Since then, they’ve put out a bunch of singles from their upcoming High Demand Trash EP, which you can find on most places you go for your listening needs.
