Motley Crue Biopic "The Dirt" To Premiere On Netflix March 22nd

The story of how Mötley Crüe came to be one of the most notorious rock ‘n roll groups in history is finally coming out in the form of a movie on Netflix.

The feature film is based on the tell-all autobiography by Motley Crue. The film stars Machine Gun Kelly as drummer Tommy Lee. English actor Douglas Booth as bassist Nikki Sixx. Former Games of Thrones actor Iwan Rheon as guitarist Mick Mars. Daniel Webber will play Vince Neil.

Rock N Roll biopics are hot at the moment after the enormously successful release of the Queen movie “Bohemian Rhapsody”.

Douglas Booth as Nikki Sixx, Mötley Crüe’s bassist

Iwan Rheon as Mick Mars, Mötley Crüe’s guitarist

Machine Gun Kelly as Tommy Lee, Mötley Crüe’s drummer

Daniel Webber as Vince Neil, Mötley Crüe’s singer

Tony Cavalero as Ozzy Osbourne, a rockstar struggling with drug addiction who headlined one of Mötley Crüe’s early tours.

Rebekah Graf as Heather Locklear, an actress and eventual ex-wife of Lee

Leven Rambin as Sharise Neil, Vince’s eventual wife

David Costabile as Doc McGhee, Mötley Crüe’s longtime manager

The movie is being directed by Jeff Tremaine who many know from the Jackass television show and movies.
