At a recent question-and-answer session, Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler was asked about the possibility of working with other Black Sabbath members in the future. Butler indicated that Iommi had wanted him to perform on several of the tracks on his upcoming solo album. Butler also mentioned that Iommi had a great singer from Sweden for the solo album. Iommi hasn’t mentioned who is handling the vocals on his solo album. Still, rumors are flying that the singer may be none other than former Skid Row singer Erik Grönwall, who is coincidentally from Sweden. While these are currently only rumors, and nothing concrete has pointed to the two artists working together, it would make for an interesting pairing.
