Eddie Money Cashes In Ticket To Paradise, Passes Away At Age 70

Classic rocker Eddie Money has died at age 70 from complications of Cancer.  Money was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Esophageal cancer, with cancer spreading to other parts of his body as well.  The singer is known for such classic rock songs and “Two Tickets To Paradise”, “Take Me Home Tonight”, Shakin’ , “Walk On Water”, “we Should Be Sleeping” and more.  Eddie Money had been the star of the VH1 reality show “Real Money’ and the show had recently been renewed for a new season.

 

Eddie Money’s family released a statement at the time of his death:

“It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving husband and father. We cannot imagine our world without him. We are grateful that he will live on forever through his music.”
