Co-Founder Of The Dictators, Scott Kempner Dead At 69

The guitarist and co-founder of The Dictators Scott “Top Ten” Kempner has died at age 69 from complications of dementia.

He would also co-found the band The Del-Lords.

Scott Kempner released three solo albums Tenement Angels, Saving Grace, and Live From Blueberry Hill.
